Admissions
At Trealaw Primary, we pride ourselves on being a warm and welcoming school for children aged 3 to 11.Children can join us the term after their third birthday, starting in our Pre-Nursery class. We also offer full-time Nursery places to support early learning and development.
Our school day runs from:

8:50am to 3:10pm for children in Pre-Nursery to Year 2

8:50am to 3:15pm for children in Years 3 to 6
We’re here to support every child’s journey from their very first day to their final year with us.
Applications for Pre-Nursery and Nursery need to be made the term before your child is due to start school. Should you need any further information, please contact the school as we will be happy to help you. Nursery is not statutory, so parents will need to re-apply for their child to have a place in Reception.
RCT now use online applications for school places and they will contact you direct, however if you are having any difficulties please come and see us in the school office and we will do everything we can to help you.
